3. How We Use Your Data

To operate the BillBuster service and deliver energy optimisation (contract performance).
To send you product updates and launch notifications (consent).
To improve our AI models using anonymised and aggregated energy data (legitimate interest).
To comply with legal obligations.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:

Cloud infrastructure providers (AWS, EU region) for hosting.
Email service providers for transactional emails.
Regulatory authorities when legally required.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to provide the service plus 3 years for legal compliance. Energy usage data is retained for 5 years in anonymised form for model training.

6. Your Rights
