These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the BillBuster platform operated by Hal Energy d.o.o. ("Company", "we"). By using our service you agree to these Terms.
BillBuster provides AI-powered home battery and energy optimisation software. The service is currently in beta. Features may change and availability is not guaranteed in all regions.
Beta users receive complimentary access in exchange for providing feedback. We reserve the right to discontinue beta access, modify features, or terminate accounts with 30 days' notice. Early adopters who receive lifetime complimentary access will be notified in writing of any changes to that entitlement at least 90 days in advance.
Savings figures cited are based on beta data and vary based on local tariff structure, hardware configuration, weather, and usage patterns. We do not guarantee specific savings outcomes. The service is provided "as-is" during the beta period.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hal Energy d.o.o. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability for direct damages shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.
All software, algorithms, brand assets, and content are owned by Hal Energy d.o.o. or its licensors. You may not reproduce or redistribute them without written permission.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in Ljubljana, Slovenia.
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the service after 30 days' notice of material changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
